William went over and beyond to make sure that my elderly grandparents were taken care of, and his transparency is legendary.

He called us at least once a week to make sure we were okay during the lockdown, asking whether the leak was causing any further issues, and volunteering to come over to put in intermediary measures if required.

William was friendly and professional, responded quickly and spotted that there was a further problem with the roof and recommended a solution.

He was able to schedule the work the following week and arranged extra help to complete it earlier than expected and before the weather turned bad.
