William came and gave us a very thorough quotation, viewing the roof from the ground, inside the attic and looking at areas of the house where we’d had a leak.

William went over and beyond to make sure that my elderly grandparents were taken care of, and his transparency is legendary.

He called us at least once a week to make sure we were okay during the lockdown, asking whether the leak was causing any further issues, and volunteering to come over to put in intermediary measures if required.

William and his team did a fab job when my roof needed repairing. For me, the best part was that he kept me informed all the way through the job (took approximately half a day), and that always gave me comfort that everything was being done to a high standard.
